A very good album. This album has it's great moments, its'really rocking moments and then its folk moments. I for one, do not appreciate the explicit language on one or two songs.
I bought this CD mainly for that song but ended up loving it all. Some people can't take the truth. keep em coming. I love this CD by Pink. Some of the language is harsh but if you like music that tells it like it is, you will love it too."Please Mr President" is an awesome song that was banned from many radio stations because it was against former President Bush. Thanks Pink.
This is where I saw what kind of talent she had and I was immediately won over. I can't wait to get the rest of her albums. She's sexy, she rocks and I can't say enough about how much fun this album is. She's brutally honest and open, has a tremendous voice, and this album hasn't left my cd player since I got it. check it out yourself. And if you wanna see this gal rock, get her Wembley Stadium concert dvd.
But don't take my word for it. I guess I really should have looked deeper into Pink's music cause I would have discovered A LONG TIME AGO that this girl can rock. She's a new personal fave artist for me. I'd only ever heard Get The Party Started, and tho that's a great tune, truthfully there isn't ONE BAD SONG on this album.
You can feel her fury and want to join in just to get everything that's in your head out.
That's all.Oh, yeah. I just love the album. President" is also a great song. For my husband and me-this album has become one of "our" albums. I cry whenever I hear "Who Knew," because it makes me think of how I'd feel if I lost my husband. "Dear Mr.
